ActiveRecord Example

From the Tutorial:

Note that the model() calls use a PHP ActiveRecord implementation which is not part of Picora, substitute with your own database logic for the time being.

The ActiveRecord-Impl. is now part of the Picora-Package and I don't know how to use it :( Can you write a (verry) simple Example how to implement a modell?
